This is a random enchantment kit with random power.  There is no way to predict which enchantment kit you will receive or how powerful the enchantment will be.  Each enchantment has a rarity that globally affects it being granted via loot, crafting, or through random kits.  The better enchantments are much more rare.  The power of the enchantment will be a random dice roll between the min and max of that particular enchantment.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.  Items are delivered in game within a few min of purchase.  If you do not get the enchantment kit you desired there is nothing we can do about the RNG of it all.  Anyone filing a chargeback or requesting a refund via any means will be permanently banned from all Zombie Land servers without any warning.  That is theft, and we do not tolerate it.

Note: Server checks for "pending commands" every 5-10 minutes.  Your purchase can show up in your inventory anywhere between 1 and 15 min from the time of purchase.  You MUST HAVE EMPTY INVENTORY SLOTS for this.  If you do not have sufficient space the command in game will FAIL to give you your items but the web store has no way of knowing it failed and will not re-issue the item.
